Overview

The nature of our products and service we deal constrains us to restrict the return period for 1 hour from the time of delivery.  It is the duty of the customer/client/ receiver to check/verify and satisfy the items received within 10 minutes from the time delivery. In case of any issues/concerns the customer needs to contact us either via phone at our service line 8050-613-555 or whatsapp us the details at 8050-613-555.

In case the customer is unable to use the products/services immediately on receipt we advise the customer to deep freeze (not just refrigerate) the items. This ensures that the items maintain their texture. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the next business day. We will email/whatsapp the screenshot of the refund initiation.


Late or missing refunds

The refund process generally takes 2-3 working days. You do not need to worry because we will not cheat you under any circumstances. 

If the amount has not yet credited into your card/bank account after 2-3 working days feel free to reach us at 8050-613-555 or whatsapp the details. We will try to sort it out.
